At Miral, we do everything we can to deliver the highest quality products. If, despite everything, you're not satisfied or have changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order.

Below you can read how this works and what exceptions apply to our cleaning products.

1. Reflection period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

2. Exception: Opened products

Please note: Our products are liquid cleaning agents. For reasons of health protection and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns of products whose seal has been broken or whose bottles have been opened .

Once the cap is opened or the seal is broken, your right of withdrawal expires permanently. We can no longer guarantee that the contents are unchanged and can no longer sell this product.

3. Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal (and the bottles are unopened), you will be credited the full order amount (including the shipping costs you paid upon purchase).

• We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

• The refund will be made within 14 days after registration of your return, provided we have received the products in good condition.

4. Return costs (pay yourself)

The cost of returning the package from your home to our online store is at your own expense . You must therefore pay these return costs yourself.

For exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier (e.g. PostNL or DHL).

5. How do you register a return?

Want to return an (unopened) order? Follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@miral-official.com or fill out the form on our Contact page .

2. Please clearly state your order number and which products are involved.

3. You will receive the return instructions and the return address from us.

4. Make sure the bottles are properly packed (preferably in the original box) to prevent leakage during transport.
